Wisconsin Singers to begin its 57th season tour in Madison, WI this November!
Madison, Wis. – Wisconsin Singers, the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s premier Broadway-caliber touring production, is taking the stage at Shannon Hall for its 57th season show It's only a matter of time for one two nights only on November 14th and 15th.
Performed by unpaid full-time UW students collectively studying over two dozen different majors, this brand new original 90-minute show is learned by the troupe over the course of only seven weeks. The show features captivating vocals, stunning choreography, the electrifying Wisconsin Singers band.
Audiences will hear over 40 songs in this fast-paced show, including top hits from artists like Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Dolly Parton, Stevie Nicks, and more! Numbers from Tick Tick Boom, Anastasia, the hit movie Barbie and other award-winning musicals will have Broadway fans dancing along in their seats. The celebrated Wisconsin Singers’ band will showcase its special blend of jazz, funk, and classic rock like never before.
“We’re thrilled to be back for another dazzling season with the Wisconsin Singers for another entertaining and inspiring night of incredible music!” Abby Pritzl, organizer for the Wisconsin Singers, said. The night will be set off with fabulous opening performances from local groups from around the area. Music for every generation that will be sure to leave people dazzled and coming back for more.
