Strollers Theatre is kicking off another season and we couldn't be happier with the amazing team on Bent.
Lobby volunteers are absolutely vital to producing live theatre. Without Ushers, Box Office Volunteers, and House Managers, our shows cannot happen and we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has volunteered with us in the past.

Role Details
House Manager - Requires Bartell and Ticket System Training - These individuals are responsible for their respected stage and audience. They open the Bartell, set up concessions, answer questions, stay in the lobby the entire performance, and close the Bartell. Compensation is two free tickets to any non-sold out PTC production.
Box Office Assistant - Requires Ticket System Training - These individuals are responsible for selling/checking tickets for the performance. Compensation is a free ticket to the performance they're volunteering for.
Usher - Requires No Formal Training - These individuals traditionally tear tickets, but the new Health and Safety policy only requires Ushers to count individuals in the theatre for fire code purposes. They also hand out programs and offer general audience guidance. Compensation is a free ticket to the performance they're volunteering for.

Health and Safety
Even as Biden says the pandemic is over, we are still interested in keeping many of the same Health and Safety processes as we had during the pandemic.
Currently, we are still requiring ALL Lobby Volunteers to be fully vaccinated.
We're still learning how to produce theatre in a post-pandemic world, so please help us understand what you would like to see us do to help ensure best health and safety practices.
