The Alley Stage Reading Series provides Driftless Area playwrights an opportunity to share works-in-progress for a staged reading and talkback at our intimate outdoor amphitheater, the Alley Stage.
Works will be performed with a cast, for an audience, followed by a talkback session and reception.
Shake Rag Alley provides a venue, stipend, and one night lodging.
For our third annual staged reading series, in 2023 readings will be held June 24, July 29, and September 16.
