Mollie Ralston –Monkswell Manor proprietor, wife of Giles. She/Her
Giles Ralston – Runs Monkswell Manor with his wife, Mollie. He/Him
Christopher Wren – hyperactive first inn guest. Peculiar. Admittedly in hiding. He/Him
Mrs. Boyle – Inn guest who is pleased by nothing. She/Her
Major Metcalf – Retired from the army, inn guest. He/Him
Miss Casewell – Strange, aloof, overshares. She/Her
Mr. Paravicini – late arrival; fake foreign accent. He/Him or perhaps She/Her
Detective Sergeant Trotter – The detective. He/Him
Voice on the radio – source of news. Any
Actors will read from sides provided by the director. British accents are not required.
Optional: you may bring a 1-minute comedic monologue (that you read or memorize, your choice) or you may tell a funny story.
